As the platform scaled, the challenge became designing experiences that felt connected across both student and admin journeys not isolated features.

Behind every student-facing interaction was an operational workflow supporting records management, transcript verification, and academic administration. I designed internal tools that helped administrators manage requests, verify information, and maintain academic records at scale.
Simplifying transcript requests and verification.
Students often needed official academic documents for applications, employment, and further education. I designed a streamlined where student can request official or unofficial transcripts, select the relevant program and course, choose a delivery method, and track request progress from submission through completion. The experience reduced uncertainty by providing clear status updates, delivery details, and access to previously requested documents..
